Vive La France!

                                                     Happy Bastille Day!

In addition to purchasing quite a bit of fromage, I made this simple tomato tart to celebrate!

A triple cream brie, goat, and Morbier

I used a different recipe for the crust:
2 cups flour
1/2 c.olive oil + 1/2 c. cold water
1/2 tsp salt + about 3 basil leaves (dried)
Mine is easier, but I'd like to try theirs, too.
